This peculiar one came from an old part of town, where old stories belonged and went to disapear in oblivion.
A story that told the tragic tale of a man whose named would not add much to how it became the stuff of urban legends.
In fact, most of these legends are often turned into something lesser as the names of real people are turned into titles of gruesome and monstruous characters. The story went along these lines.
After an impressive storm swept across the country during the 30's, a group of lineworkers was dispatched to fix the damaged power lines. At the time it was considered one of the most hazardous job for good reasons. Yet it couldn't prevent tragedy from strucking the town. At the end of the day, the lines were fixed but one of the worker had not come back from his spot and the group and town folks were horrified to find him entangled in the wires, wrapped around his limbs and neck, the man had died of suffocation.
How it did happen remained a mystery for there was no wind
