Madness (Repost)

What a terrifying concept. The loss of sanity. Reality melting into a multi-layered pit of nonsense. The true horror haunting the darkest corners of our culture. What if it was nothing more than a window opening on the true nature of things, the true and horrendous face of life. Terrifying concept and yet it is tempting to lose yourself in it, it cannot be worse than a crazy world that prentends to be the peak of reason and sanity, can it?

Repost time! Here comes Madness or at least a really quick drawing about it. I wanted to convey the intimate relation between the creative process/inspiration and the madness that comes with it. For this repost, I have reworked the characters a bit, the central needed more contrasts and details while the one above..well he is not quite to my liking. I wish I could have completely remake it. The rest of the background was also reworked with the addition of the landscape, the lines also were redone to give the idea that this is all a stage with props. With that said enjoy!!!
