So Close and yet So Far (Repost)

The closer we get, the greater the gap between us. A story not meant to know an uplifting resolution, rather a bittersweet ending. A lot of questions and no answers to be ever found.

Another new repost, this time it was a variant of the Scarecrow and Sorrow but this time I wanted to explore a special feeling, not a good one, but still one that I think is quite interesting and difficult to grasp. Like the presence of an invisible wall separating two being that everything bound together and yet are not meant to ever connect. It's not easy to describe it with words and I think that's why I needed to draw it. As the previous reposts, I have worked on the shadows, contrasts and added extra stuff on it so the background would not look barren anymore. Enjoy and have a great day.
