The Presence At The Crestlners Monastery

1977, Eastern Europe. After claims of strange happenings occuring in the monastery next to the town of Crestlners spread, the Church sent a team of exorcists to investigate the cursed place. With the help of the local chief, originally sent to investigate the mysterious deaths of nuns and priests. The story goes that these investigators were met by something else, something that they were not expecting. Not a demon. An entity far worse and older than the inhuman beings of Hell. An unrelenting, violent and powerful force going by the name of The Mouth of God, an insult, a blight on the monastery and the town.

Back from the nether with a new drawing that I had teased back during the reposts with the stories called WIP. I wanted to make something like a movie poster with the Mouth of God as the main antagonist. There is something interesting I feel about an entity mascarading as a religious figure as a personal attack against God but also the false sense of security that one may find in the outfit of a priest. I hope you will enjoy this new drawing. This is the first of a new serie of drawings, like my official from 2019.
