The Patient from Denburth Asylum (Repost)

"Doctor..I don't feel so good.."
These were the faint and distorted words that echoed outside the office door of the head scientist until it opened to reveal an abomination of intertwined bodies and horribly mangled fleshs covered by the splinters, those damn splinters were the feature of the unknown organism.

Probably one of the most intricate creature I have worked on. This monster was inspired by a little horror film that came out in 2008, Splinter, which was a blast to watch. The plot revolved around a splintery organism infecting the environment and living beings that comes in contact with it. Really fun watch that I highly recommend!! And so I was inspired by it and The Thing from John Carpenter to create a character: The Patient who is the unfortunate victim of the organism that lands in the Asylum. The infected patient hunts ,while controled by the organism, the other inmates, guards and scientists. Fusing corpses with itself to become unstoppable. (The different bodies are horribly mangled and sewed together by the organism, they are still conscious.). For this repost I had to rework the shadows and some details missing. I tried to really highlight the different bodies fused and the fleshy aspect of it.
